The complex of necessary conditions for the reliable construction of a unified coordinate system of reference points on the lunar surface on the basis of the data of various selenodesic catalogs is revealed by methods of mathematical modeling. This complex includes the conditions on the minimum permissible size of the zone of overlapping between catalogs, the geometry of the arrangement and the volume of the sample of common points, the composition and accuracy of the original measurements, and the maximum permissible correlation level. Fulfillment of the conditions of the complex permits a stable determination of all seven parameters of mismatches in the catalog systems from a joint solution.
