In conventional cosmology spatial distribution of galaxies is expected to be uniform. However, observations reveal large coherent structures in the nearby Universe: the distribution of galaxies is not only non-uniform but non-random. The spatial distribution of galaxies seems to be surprisingly complex and exhibits well pronounced patterns such as: extended sheets (the "Great Wall"), immense spherical and tube-like voids (as parts of the structure, not random deficiencies of matter), filaments and cuts through two-dimensional sheets. In N-body simulations, these features can be hardly reproduced as a result of some fluctuations distorting a central symmetric construction. In this work, we consider a simple scheme of generation of galaxies in Milne's cosmological model starting from a fireball with an initial axial anisotropy. Such a scheme yields a spatial distribution of galaxies with structural elements exactly corresponding to the above-mentioned patterns. In Milne's model, the receding galaxies originate from a single "explosion" point. It looks paradoxical but in terms of red-shifts this model provides strictly the same Hubble picture in eccentric observation as it does from the center. As to the spreading of the galaxies, their spatial distribution seen from an eccentric position will not be spherically symmetric and can be directly matched with the features appearing in astronomical observations.
