Average annual geo- and heliocentric models of the distribution of meteoroid flux density with masses greater than 0,0001 g are constructed. Each model involves two boundary flux density functions of celestial coordinates. The error of the heliocentric models is less than 10% for radiant elongations E < 140° and is greater than 100% near the antiapex source. The average flux density value over the celestial sphere can change in the interval 0,0181 - 0,0575 km-2h-1sr-1. A comparison of the orbital elements of meteoroids and other small bodies shows that nearly an equal number of meteoroids have cometary and asteroidal orbits.
