We propose a model for an obscuring molecular torus in Seyfert nuclei under the hydrodynamical picture developed for stellar dynamics. We suppose that the obscuring molecular torus is formed via a tidal disruption of a giant molecular cloud by a central star cluster and a supermassive black hole in Seyfert nuclei. Then, the debris, which has an approximately uniform specific angular momentum, moves in the gravitational potential of the central star cluster. If the dispersions of the residual velocities subtracted by the global streaming motion in the azimuthal direction are isotropic and constant, the configuration of a molecular torus comprising many debris is expressed by the effective potential. Due to the effect of the gravitational potential of the central star cluster, the shape of the torus becomes elongated in the vertical direction, compared with that around the central gravitating object. An example is the Seyfert 2 galaxy NGC 1068, where the obscuring molecular torus might be formed in a plane inclined to the galactic equatorial plane.
