Here we present an improved model of atmospheric radio-wave radiation, which seem us to be more useful than models frequently presented in the radioastronomical literature. The model was fitted to the data from 32-m Torun radiotelescope and used during the data reduction of our polarimetric survey of the Milky Way. We also detect a polarized component from the atmospheric foreground which seems to be independent of Earth surface radiation.
