We study the consequences of a supersymmetric gauge model based on E6 particle content previously proposed by one of us which conserves lepton number but not baryon number. Neutral fermions are present in this model which can decay into qqq and q¯ q¯ q¯. We discuss their properties and show that they do not contribute significantly to the baryon asymmetry of the Universe.
