Red Giant Branch, Low-Mass Stars
Scientific paper
Abundance analysis in globular clusters are precious clues to the chemical history of these systems. While some of so-called abundance anomalies exhibited by GC RGB stars are the chemical fingerprints of previous stellar populations some of them result from nucleosynthesis and mixing in the stars we do observe now. In this talk we concentrate on this latter aspect and we discuss in particular the effects of rotation-induced mixing.
