We present millimeter observations of a number of classical novae and related objects, primarily in the J = 1 - 0 transition of (C-12)O. None of the objects was detected and in particular, we do not confirm a previously claimed detection of NQ Vul in the J = 2 - 1 transition. Interstellar CO emission is used to obtain information about interstellar extinction in the directions of CK Vul and V732 Sgr; radio observations of the latter nova would be valuable.
