Spectra of CO, CH_3OH, H_2CO and HCN were obtained at millimeter - wavelengths in comets C/1996 B2 (Hyakutake) and C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp) over significant portions of both cometary orbits. Observations were performed with the NRAO 12-m telescope at Kitt Peak. Representative spectra will be presented and the relative abundances of these molecules will be compared at different points of the cometary orbits to search for chemical variations during each comet's passage. The abundances will also be compared with measurements of the general comet population. Maps of molecular emission in comae will be also discussed for CO and HCN.
