We present 1('') resolution mid-infrared spectral maps of the starburst galaxy NGC 253, taken with SpectroCam-10 on the Palomar 5 m telescope. The maps were made by scanning the long slit spectrometer across the source and reconstructing the data into a sequence of two dimensional images varying in wavelength. Scans were taken at low resolution (R = 100), allowing us to produce color temperature maps of the region and spatially resolve the 11.3 mu m PAH emission feature. Scans were also taken at moderate resolution (R = 2000) centered on the [NeII] 12.8 mu m emission line. We compare the results of the two scans and discuss the spatial distribution of warm dust, ionized gas, and PAH emission in the central starburst regions.
