The concept design presented in this paper extends other distributed probe proposals with a more comprehensive instrument suite for a mission to Saturn's largest moon, Titan. Titan was selected for a design context because it has the only significant nitrogen atmosphere in the Solar System other than that of the Earth, and is host to extensive organic photochemistry. These photochemical products produce a thick hydrocarbon haze which makes remote sensing of the surface difficult. One particularly intriguing aspect of Titan's atmosphere is the presence of methane especially in the upper atmosphere. The irreversible conversion of methane into higher hydrocarbons in Titan's stratosphere implies a surface or subsurface methane reservoir. Atmosphere survey interests include chemical composition, cloud density, and meteorological characteristics (temperature, pressure, wind velocity).
