The construction of a telescope designed to take measurements from 1 to
20 MeV and identify point sources is described. During a flight in
October 1977, radiation from the galactic anticenter as well as from NGC
4151, a Seyfert galaxy was examined. A determination of the cosmic ray
spectra was made.
