New data are presented for the diameters of inner ring structures in S(r) galaxies. It is found that ring diameters decrease with advancing Hubble type and increase toward higher luminosity classes. Expressions are derived which relate absolute ring dimensions to the parent galaxy parameters, and the application of the formulae is discussed in terms of distance determinations.
