The synthesis of a map of the Venus northern hemisphere up to about 30 deg N is discussed. The synthesis used data from the side-looking radio-location of the Venus surface conducted by the Venera-15 and Venera-16 space stations. The preprocessing, geometrical transformation, sector synthesis, and joining of sectors phases of the map creation are discussed.
