In this paper are examined methods of measurement of reflectance (total solar absorptance As, spectral reflectance ρλ and brightness βλ coefficients, indicatrix of reflection within the range of 0.2-0.9 μm wave length) and emissivity properties (thermal radiation coefficient) of spacecraft coatings and materials. Some results of measurements of reflectance and emissivity properties of spacecraft coatings and materials, such as As, e, ρλ, βλ including dependence of spectral reflectance coefficient ρλ and brightness coefficient βλ on radiation incidence and reflection angles are given.
