A method of estimation of jet velocity, jet density, and mass outflow for relativistic and nonrelativistic cases is given. These physical parameters are evaluated for known linear size and synchrotron luminosity of hot spots. The relation between hot spot radius and luminosity is predicted in the form Ls ≡ Rhs2/3.
