We detected radio wave spectra of methanol in Comet Hale-Bopp (1995 O1) in February 1997, using 45m radio telescope at Nobeyama Radio Observatory. Since 45m radio telescope is a sensitive telescope and can detect the radio wave of the wide frequency range, we were able to detect 9 molecular lines. We introduce that what kind of information about chemical composition and the origin of comet will be obtained from this observation.
