Meteorological observations at the Norikura Solar Observatory, located in Northern Japan Alps at an altitude of 2,876m, have been carried out since 1949. The observed items are weather, cloud amount, visibility, wind direction, wind speed, and temperature. Older data up to 1969 had been reported previously, and the present report covers the data from 1968 to 2000. We found a long-term increase in temperature of about 0.7 degrees in 30 years, which might be due to global warming.
