A MERLIN map of 3C380, a steep-spectrum compact source with a structure that may be interpreted as the result of interactions between a jet and gas, is presented. Peak brightnesses, polarized brightnesses, fractional polarizations, and position angles are given for the components of the source. The observational results are inconsistent with the hypothesis that 3C380 is distorted by pressure exerted by a moving external gas.
