Observations are reported of the sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars at
Pulkovo from 1956 to 1976 using two Struve-Ertel instruments. The FK4
equinox and equator corrections are derived. Estimates of the
atmospheric dispersion and lateral refraction made at the Station are
presented.
