This catalogue presents positions for 6427 stars, observed with seven-inch transit circle of the Copenhagen University Observatory during the period 1969 to 1975. It contains positions for 1586 NPZT stars from the Northern Photographic Zenith Tube program proposed by Yasuda (Yasuda et al., 1971), and selected stars from various lists, mainly faint GC stars and double stars. The declinations range from -10 deg to the North Pole. The internal mean error for a single observation is epsilonalpha cos delta = 0.01295 and epsilondelta = 0.233 arcsec and the positions are reduced relative to FK4. The positions of all the FK4 stars used in the least squares solution are also gien in the catalogue.
