This bulletin contains positions of major planets (Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) and of some minor planets (Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta) observed with the Tokyo Meridian Circle during the period 1968-1973. During this period, our meridian circle was also used to fulfill the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory commitment to the international southern reference star program. The Bright Stars between the declinations -10 deg and -30 deg and northern PZT stars were also observed. The observations of the moon will be published elsewhere.
