Hydrodynamic simulations were performed of the dynamical phase of the merging
of binary neutron stars (NS-NS) and of neutron star black hole binaries
(NS-BH), using the physical nuclear equation of state of Lattimer and Swesty
(1991) and taking into account the emission of gravitational waves and
neutrinos.
