The present study discusses the merger process of binary globular clusters for a pair of unequal-mass components. The case of mass ratio 1:0.5 is calculated by means of an N-body code with 6144 particles in total. The mass exchange between the components is found to occur through the Roche-lobe overflow. The structures of the mergers are quite similar among different cases except for the central cores which retain their initial central concentrations.
