Astrometric cluster membership probabilities are described for as many members as possible, including the stars with new proper motion derived by Aiad (1986) for 184 stars in the region of the NGC 2301 cluster. Particular attention is given to the astrometric reductions, the color magnitude diagram, astrometric distance, angular and linear diameters, and the projection of the cluster.
