We have confirmed membership of dozens of stars in the newly-heralded
open cluster Ruprecht 147. Only recently identified as the closest
(d=200 pc, m-M=6.5) old (age > 1 Gyr) cluster, Ruprecht 147 provides
new opportunities for the study of old K and M dwarfs with known ages.
