The results are given from balloon experiments with smoke clouds and vertical smoke trails the particular structures of which were pictured by ground-based cameras. The processing of these pictures made it possible to obtain some turbulent and wind characteristics of the stratosphere. The fine vertical structure of wind turns out to be extremely complex and very stable in the interval of horizontal scale up to 10 km.
