Possibilities are considered for astrometric VLBI measurements of geodynamic parameters (earth's rotation, polar motion) and geophysical parameters (Love numbers h, l and k) which are associated with the internal structure of the earth. From VLBI data of one day of observations the accuracy has been estimated of the joint detection of the constant component of the earth's rotation angular velocity and its constant acceleration, polar motion velocity and the Love numbers h and l. Possibilities are discussed from determination of the Love number k by investigation of the Chandler wobble and tidal variations of the earth's rotation by astrometric VLBI data.
