We report bolometric measurements of the Cosmic Background Temperature
through the atmospheric window between 7 and 10 cm-1 from the Alpine
Observatory of Testa Grigia ( 3500 m a.s.l.). After correction for
residual atmospheric emission we found an upper limit of 2.7 K at 2 .d.
