We present a measurement of the ratio of charged particle multiplicities in quark and gluon jets for =40GeV and =53GeV. We compare the multiplicities and momentum distributions for two data samples: dijet data and photon+jet data. These two samples have different quark/gluon jet content, which allows for distinguishing and measuring the properties of gluon and quark jets. Measurement of the ratio of the momentum spectra of charged particles in gluon and quark jets shows that gluon jets have lower multiplicity in the high momentum part of the spectrum and higher multiplicity in the soft part.
