From 1996 to 2000 the LEP collider at CERN ran at center-of-mass energies above the threshold of W pair production. The cross-sections for the process e^+ e^- arrow W^+ W^- as well as the branching fractions of the W decays have been measured with the data samples collected by the DELPHI detector at energies from 161 to 209 GeV. The selections of the W pairs based on neural networks and an iterative discriminant analysis will be described. Furthermore results for all energies will be presented and compared to the new, more exact theoretical predictions with O(α) corrections using double pole approximation (DPA).
