Terahertz laser is splitted and used as pump beam and prob beam with path-length approximately the same. Further ajustment of the light-path length is controlled by a moter-stepper system. With and without DUT (Device under test) in the system, data are gethered to be compared with each other. A newly designed shaker system is used to online monitor the shifting of the signal. Results of several measurements are shown and discussed.
