MAXI/GSC detected an increased X-ray emission from the position consistent with the RS CVn type variable, SZ Psc. The significant X-ray flux in the 2-10 keV band had been detected since 2011-11-05 18:20 (UT) (= MJD 55870.764) and the activity continued at least until 2011-11-05 23:03 (UT) (= MJD 55870.960). The maximum flux of about 110 mCrab was observed during a GSC scan transit starting at 2011-11-05 19:53 (UT) (= MJD 55870.828) and the X-ray luminosity is about 3×1033 ergs/s (distance is assumed to 88 pc).
