We report on the increase of X-ray flux of the Be/X-ray binary pulsar
GRO J1008-57 observed with MAXI/GSC. The 4-10 keV X-ray flux was 9.9
± 2.6 mCrab in the one-day average on December 5, 2011 (MJD
55899). The previous one-day fluxes were < 2.5 mCrab (Dec.2), 5,2
± 2.6 mCrab (Dec.3), and 10 ± 2.8 mCrab (Dec.4).
