The multidimensional charged dilatonic black hole solution with $n$ internal
Ricci-flat spaces is considered. The bound on the mass of the black hole is
obtained. In the strong dilatonic coupling limit the critical mass becomes
zero. The case $n = \infty$ is also considered.
