We present preliminary results for a program to determine mass and luminosity for field RRc variables. The data observed mark the first research project conducted with the Fountainwood Observatory 0.4 meter telescope at Southwestern University. We observed two RRc variables (V793 in Aquila and SS Pisces) using a Johnson V filter at high time resolution ( ~ every 2 minutes) over the entire phase. The data were analyzed using a Fourier deconvolution technique to determine the {phi_ {31}} phase coefficient which was used in conjunction with the period to determine mass and luminosity for the stars. We compare these results to published values for the RRc variables in the globular clusters. We also note that one star (V745 in Aquila) was found to be non-variable.
