Interstellar maser functioning and masing region structure were studied by observing H2O masers. Twenty-four H2O masers were monitored for 40 days and nights. Of 13 spectral features identified, only 3 stay constant over the 40 days. The Cep A H2O masers were mapped, revealing that the masers occur in 3 clusters which coincide with ultracompact HII regions. Measurements indicate that HII region 2 is the source of bipolar outflow in Cep A.
