The detection of (Si-29)O v = 0, J = 1-0 maser from VY CMa, VX Sgr, and
U Her, is reported. In addition, the (Si-30)O maser has been detected
from VY CMa. It is shown that the (Si-29)O aand (Si-30)O masers are
pumped by molecular collision and stellar IR radiation.
