Some of the wave parameters of Martian terminator waves are calculated and compared with Mariner-9 observations of Martian atmospheric wave structure on or near the terminator between latitudes +40 and -20 degrees. Temperature gradient calculated for Martian terminator wave agrees well with gradient measured during revolution 17 of Mariner-9 at -20 deg latitude, 20 W longitude.
