Mannheim partner curves are studied by Liu and Wang [12,22]. Orbay and et.
al. defined the Mannheim offsets of the ruled surfaces in Euclidean 3-space and
they also gave some characterizations of these surface in[14]. In this paper,
using the classifications of timelike and spacelike ruled surfaces, we study
the Mannheim offsets of spacelike ruled surfaces in Minkowski 3-space.
