Three old models of hydrogen masers which were developed at Shanghai Observatory have been reformed since 1985. Two years operations indicate that the stabilities reach 10-15 for periods of time beyond 100 sec, and the masers are reliable. This paper describes the techniques used for reforming of old masers. The performances and operations of the reformed masers in VLBI observations are also introduced.
