During the course of an investigation of coronal heating, we have performed three-dimensional numerical simulations using the model proposed by Parker (t972, 1994), and have studied its ultimate dynamic magnetic-reconnection dissipation mechanism. Our findings suggest that magnetohydrodynamic turbulence plays an important role in the form of the energy spectrum and, hence, in the ohmic heating.
