The Faraday rotation of extragalactic radio sources seen through clusters of galaxies is investigated. A source sample larger than those used in previous studies, which allows one to plot the radial distribution of the dispersion of rotation measure has been employed. We have computed the variance of the rotation measure for a model intracluster field and shown that the observations can reasonably be fitted by the galaxy-driven turbulent dynamo model for the generation of the magnetic field.
