A new mechanism of cosmic magnetic field generation is discussed.
Neutrinos asymmetrically emitted by rotating black holes scatter on
protons and produce a proton current which generates the magnetic field.
It is shown that this mechanism can in principle produce a seed field
sufficiently strong to account for present galactic fields.
