The macroscopic characteristics of the electron component of the magnetospheric plasma were calculated on the basis of Raduga-satellite data obtained during April-September 1980. It is shown that the observed transition from a diffuse to auroral spectrum is connected with an increase in the macroscopic characteristics of the plasma with preservation of the overall Maxwellian character of electron distributions in fluxes in the geosynchronous environment.
