The gravitational equilibrium sequence of an axisymmetric rotating incompressible fluid has been computed. The fluid has the same specific angular momentum distribution with mass as that of the Maclaurin spheroidal sequence. The present result clarifies the relation between the Maclaurin spheroidal sequence and the Maclaurin toroidal sequence. The Maclaurin spheroidal sequence bifurcates into a concave hamburger like configuration and reaches the Maclaurin toroidal sequence. The absolute value of the ratio of the rotational energy to the gravitational energy increases to 0.5 in the high angular momentum region.
