The Springhill and Ondrejov radar observations provide the longest known series of systematic observations of the Lyrid meteor shower: 18 returns over a total interval of 30 years. The data over all years have been combined to produce a mean profile of relative shower activity with a resolution of one hour (0.04 deg in solar longitude). The maximum activity occurs at solar longitude (1950.0) 31.5 deg + or - 0.05 deg and the width of the rate profile at half-amplitude is 1.5 days. These results are in good agreement with values determined from visual observations.
