The luminosity function of Case-Hamburg OB stars in the solar neighborhood is derived from a sample of 2800 such stars brighter than m(pg) = 10. The fraction of all stars that are OB stars is found to decrease from about 6% at M(V) = -3 to less than 1% at M(V) = -7. The predicted number of stars with M(V) < - 4 within 2.5 kpc of the Sun, about 490, is found to be in reasonable agreement with an independent estimate of 424 given by Garmany, Conti & Chiosi [ApJ, 263, 777 (1982)]. This work was support by NSF grant AST-9731179
