Flux densities of radio emission of Tycho Brahe's supernova remnant have been measured at a number of frequencies of the meter and decameter wavelength ranges. Using the higher-frequency data, the source spectrum has been plotted, which turned out to be straight in the interval 12.6 - 15000 MHz with the spectral index α = 0.61±0.03 (Sν ∝ ν-α). The results of observations of 3C 10 at 86 and 102.5 MHz fit well the model of a homogeneous, hollow shell with the mean radius ρ0 = 209arcsec.0±3arcsec.8 and thickness Δρ ≤ 35arcsec. The mean flux variation rate of 3C 10 at the wavelength 3.5 m for the period 1966 - 1983 is 0.3±0.3% per year.
