Scientific paper

The paper observations made with a radio telescope, constructed by the author, at wavelengths of 1000 kHz at the McMurdo station in Antarctica. Preliminary results seem to indicate that the combination of solar flares and Antarctic dryness permits recording of AM radio waves from beyond the earth. The minimum detectable frequency, however, was not determined.
